Description
The StarTech.com 13.3 cm (5.25") is an installation panel that allows a 3.5" drive to be housed in a 5.25" chassis bay. Its hot-swap system makes it easy to replace the disk without switching off the equipment, with a lock that keeps the drive fixed during operation. It supports SATA, Serial ATA II, Serial ATA III and SAS drives of up to 10 TB, with a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s. The LED activity and power indicators show the status of the installed disk at a glance. Made of aluminium and in black, it measures 146 x 39 x 179 mm (width x height x depth) and weighs 336 g. The height of the storage drive is 26.1 mm and it supports a single hard drive.
