Description
StarTech.com standalone hard drive duplicator with four bays for duplicating and erasing SATA drives. It features three simultaneous copies in Copy mode, so you can clone up to three disks at once from a source drive. It supports 2.5 and 3.5 inch drives with SATA and Serial ATA II interfaces, and a maximum storage capacity of 16 TB. Its LCD screen and LED activity and power indicators show you the status of the process at all times. Cooling is provided by two 6 cm fans, which keep the drives at a suitable temperature during long copies. It incorporates a JMicron JMB394 and JMS539 chipset, and offers connection via USB Type B or eSATA, with port multiplier and Plug and Play support. The casing is black plastic and the unit weighs 1.1 kg.
