Description
The StarTech.com 2-port slot plate adapter connects two devices with a USB A female connector to a motherboard or controller via two female IDC connectors. Its 0.286 m cable offers just the right amount of slack to route the USB A ports to a panel or chassis opening without forcing the installation. It features a silver colour and dimensions of 287 mm in width by 55 mm in depth, with a weight of 120 g. As they are USB A female ports, it supports the direct connection of standard peripherals and devices. The plate is CE, UL and REACH certified, as well as having RoHS certificates of compliance. It is a practical solution for expanding a computer's USB connectivity through a bay or internal mounting.
