Description
Connect network equipment with the StarTech.com 10 m cable, a grey Cat6 patch cord that delivers Gigabit Ethernet with a data transfer rate of 1000 Mbit/s and a frequency of 650 MHz. Its two male RJ-45 connectors, with gold-plated contacts, enable a reliable link between devices compatible with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology. The 24 AWG stranded conductor and U/UTP (UTP) shielding help maintain signal integrity over long runs. The connector strain relief reinforces the ends and makes the cable easier to handle. Being PoE-compatible, it can carry data and power over the same cable. Installation is immediate thanks to Plug and Play. The 10 m cable weighs 400 g, a practical detail for calculating the volume of the run.
