Description

The QNAP TS-832PXU is a 2U rackmount NAS that comes without drives installed and with 0 TB total capacity, ready for you to set up your own disk array. It supports up to 8 drives, both HDD and SSD, with Serial ATA III interface and also Serial ATA II compatibility, in 2.5 and 3.5 inch sizes, and with hot-swap bays to replace them without shutting down the unit. It incorporates an Annapurna Labs processor and 4 GB of DDR4 memory. As for storage, it supports FAT32, HFS+, NTFS, ext3 and ext4 file systems, and offers RAID compatibility at levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60 and JBOD, with hot migration, expansion and rebuild of the RAID level, as well as bad sector detection. It comes in aluminium and black, with dimensions of 482 x 89 x 534 mm (width x height x depth) and a weight of 9.45 kg.
