Description
The D-Link DIS-100E-5W is an unmanaged Layer 2 switch with five Fast Ethernet (10/100) RJ-45 ports and relay outputs, in black, weighing 320 g and measuring 29.1 x 109.2 x 89.4 mm. It features auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDI-X to adapt each port to the cable type, as well as full duplex operation and flow control in accordance with the IEEE 802.3x standard. It supports 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 100BASE-T copper cabling technologies, and adds storm transmission control to limit excessive traffic. Its store-and-forward operation speeds up frame forwarding, with a MAC address table of 1000 entries. Wall and DIN rail mounting facilitate its installation in cabinets and panels, and its IP30 protection rating protects it from dust and contact with objects.
