Description
The StarTech.com HDMI Over IP Extender Kit is a black AV signal transmitter and receiver that allows the video and audio signal to be carried over an IP network. It reaches a maximum resolution of 1920 x 100 pixels with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and is compatible with 1080p video mode. The maximum transfer distance is 15 m and it supports Cat5e and Cat6 cables for the installation wiring. Its daisy chain connection makes it easy to extend signal distribution to other points without complications. The housing is aluminium and the set weighs 3.2 kg, with rubber feet that give it stability on the surface. It incorporates two USB ports with Mini-USB B connector, a 3.5 mm audio output and a remote IR output for controlling the connected equipment. It supports 2.0 channel audio and features LED status indicators to monitor operation.
