Description
Connects network devices with the LINDY network cable, a category 6 model with male RJ-45 connectors at both ends and a grey colour. Its S/FTP (S-STP) construction combines overall shielding with shielding of each pair, which helps to reduce interference in demanding installations. It supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology and complies with class E, making it suitable for Gigabit Ethernet networks. The 27 AWG gauge provides the flexibility needed to route the cable through trunking or behind furniture without straining the connections. The connector contacts are gold-plated, which favours stable transmission and protects against corrosion with continued use. The connectors also feature shielding, so that shielding continuity is maintained from end to end. With a 2 m cable, it is a practical solution for linking nearby equipment within the same room.
