Description
The LevelOne GEP-0823 is a Gigabit Ethernet switch with 8 RJ-45 ports operating at 10/100/1000, designed to expand your office or installation network with stable wired connections. It incorporates Power over Ethernet support compliant with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at, which allows compatible devices to be powered through the network patch cable itself. Its cabling technology covers 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T, and it also complies with IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3u and IEEE 802.3x. It reaches a switching capacity of 16 Gbit/s, handles Jumbo frames of up to 9126 bytes, supports full duplex and stores up to 8000 entries in its MAC address table. The casing is metal in black, with dimensions of 86 x 176 x 30 mm and a weight of 450 g, and includes LED indicators for activity, LAN and power. Its mean time between failures is 30000 hours and it has 1 MB of internal memory.
