The Kingston Technology DC600ME is a 1.92 TB SATA SSD designed for servers and workstations with mixed-use workloads. Its 2.5-inch form factor and Serial ATA III interface achieve a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s, with a read speed of 560 MB/s and a write speed of 530 MB/s. 3D TLC NAND memory and the PLP H/W function help maintain data integrity in demanding environments. It offers 94000 IOPS in random 4KB read and 78000 IOPS in random 4KB write, with a read latency of 200 µs and a write latency of 30 µs. It supports hot-plug and a TBW rating of 3504, with a mean time between failures of 2000000 h. With a weight of 69 g and dimensions of 69.8 x 7 x 100.1 mm (width x height x depth), it integrates easily into server chassis.
