Description
The EQUIP fibre optic and InfiniBand cable is a violet OM4 multimode patch cable, 3 m in length, designed to link equipment in network installations and data centres. It features male LC connectors at both ends and supports full duplex transmission, so the signal travels in both directions simultaneously. Its fibre has a 50 µm core and a 125 µm cladding, with an insertion loss of 0.5 dB that helps maintain signal quality over each run. The jacket is made of halogen-free material (LSZH), a common choice when aiming to reduce smoke emission in the event of fire. It supports an operating temperature range of -20 to 70 °C and a storage range of -40 to 80 °C, so it adapts to demanding thermal environments. Weighing 35 g, it is easy to handle during assembly and cable laying. It complies with REACH and RoHS certificates of conformity.
