The Apacer AS2280P4 512 GB SSD comes in M.2 format with a PCI Express 3.0 interface and NVMe 1.3 protocol, using 3D TLC memory to deliver a read speed of 2100 MB/s and a write speed of 1500 MB/s. This solid-state drive achieves up to 420000 IOPS in 4KB random write and 300000 IOPS in random read, with a TBW rating of 400 that supports its durability. It incorporates comprehensive data protection with ECC support, TRIM, and S.M.A.R.T., along with a mean time between failures of 1500000 hours. Designed for PC or laptop, the AS2280P4 does not feature hardware encryption and uses four data lanes for its connection.
