Description
The Adaptec HBA 1100-8i card is a low-profile adapter with a PCIe 3.0 host interface that offers two internal HD mini-SAS ports for connecting storage devices. It features its own processor and native command queuing (NCQ) support, which speeds up the management of input and output operations. Its Hot-Plug compatibility allows drives to be connected and disconnected without shutting down the system. With dimensions of 167 mm in width and 64 mm in height, it fits compact chassis. The declared mean time between failures is 1,360,000 hours and it complies with the RoHS directive, as well as holding CE, FCC, UL, C-tick, VCCI, KCC and CNS certifications. It supports an operating temperature range of 0 to 55 °C.
