Description
The Acer SA100 120 GB SSD is a solid state drive with a 2.5-inch form factor and Serial ATA III interface, designed to be installed in a PC or laptop. Its 3D NAND memory and its controller allow it to reach a read speed of 560 MB/s and a write speed of 500 MB/s, with a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s over the SATA link. It includes S.M.A.R.T. support and TRIM support, as well as ECC error correction, features that help maintain data integrity and sustained performance over time. Its dimensions are 70 x 6.7 x 100 mm, in width, height and depth, so it fits into 2.5-inch bays and supports installation in compatible desktop and laptop computers. The drive operates within an operating temperature range of 0 to 70 °C and withstands storage from -40 to 85 °C.
