Connect a Mini DisplayPort output device to an HDMI type A input monitor or projector with this black 2 m StarTech.com converter cable. The male Mini DisplayPort connector and male HDMI type A connector, both straight, let you link the source and the monitor without additional adapters, with a weight of 75.2 g and dimensions of 41 x 15 x 2000 mm. As a passive video converter, the signal travels directly between both ports and supports a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels at 30 Hz, plus 1080p and 720p modes and 1280 x 720, 1920 x 1080 and 1920 x 1200 resolutions. It is compatible with DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 1.4, and includes HDCP and DisplayPort content protection, so you can play protected content without issues. The plug and play function speeds up setup, as it requires no configuration or drivers.
