Description
The StarTech.com PoE injector is a wall-mounted network transmitter that powers devices over Ethernet through its four Power over Ethernet ports, within a total of eight Gigabit RJ45 ports. It reaches a data transfer rate of 2000 Mbit/s and covers distances of up to 100 m, with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology. It features auto-negotiation, IEEE Auto MDIX and full-duplex system, as well as working with plug and play. It complies with the IEEE 802.3, 802.3ab, 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3u standards, and its DC input plug is type M. The PoE and power LED indicators show the operating status, and it has CE and FCC certification. The housing is steel and the product colour is black. Its measurements are 70 x 26 x 94 mm (width x height x depth) and weight 204 g, with a mean time between failures of 50000 h.
