Description
The StarTech.com RS232 null modem serial cable is a black crossover cable, 3 m in length, designed to connect DTE devices with a COM port. It features two DB-9 connectors, one male and one female, both straight type, with nickel-plated contacts. The aluminium mylar shielding protects the signal against external interference in environments with other equipment. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket covers the 28 AWG conductor and contributes to its durability in daily use. It supports an operating and storage temperature range of 20 to 80 °C, as well as a relative operating humidity of between 15 and 60%. It is RoHS certified and weighs 150 g.
