Description
Connect two RS-232 serial port devices to a computer via USB with the StarTech.com industrial hub. This hub offers two RS-232 ports and a USB 2.0 Type-B host interface, so you can link serial peripherals to a computer that does not have that type of connection. Its steel housing and black colour are designed for demanding installations, and DIN rail or wall mounting allows it to be fixed to panels and cabinets. LED activity indicators show you the connection status at all times. It is compatible with Linux and Windows XP Embedded, and includes a USB cable, drivers and user manual to get it up and running. With dimensions of 66 x 24 x 104 mm (width x height x depth) and a weight of 162 g, it takes up very little space.
