Description
The NANO CABLE SC/APC to SC/APC fibre optic cable, in yellow and with a cable length of 40 m, is designed for Simplex single-mode links. It features SC connectors with APC polishing and male gender at both ends, allowing sections with this type of interface to be joined. Its fibre is G.657.A2, with a core diameter of 9 µm and a cladding diameter of 125 µm, on a 3 mm diameter cable. The jacket is made of halogen-free material (LSZH), a common option in installations where the aim is to reduce gas emissions in the event of fire. As for optical performance, it has an insertion loss of 0.3 dB and a return loss of 50 dB, values that should be taken into account when calculating the link margin. The assembly has RoHS certificates of conformity.
