The MSI Spatium S270 960 GB SSD is a solid state drive in 2.5-inch format with Serial ATA III interface, designed to give your desktop or laptop PC a new boost. Its 3D NAND memory allows it to reach a read speed of 500 MB/s and a write speed of 450 MB/s, with a data transfer rate of 6 Gbit/s. In random operations it offers 55000 IOPS read and 80000 IOPS write 4KB, speeding up system and file loading. It incorporates ECC error correction, TRIM support and S.M.A.R.T. to maintain data integrity and preserve performance over use. Its mean time between failures is 2000000 h and its TBW rating reaches 500. With a height of just 7 mm and dimensions of 69.8 x 7 x 100.2 mm, it installs easily in 2.5-inch bays. Its maximum power consumption is 2.1 W, which contributes to efficient operation.
