Description
The LINDY RJ-45 Cat.6 S/FTP network cable in blue with a cable length of 3 m is designed to connect devices with RJ-45 connectors in network installations. Its construction follows the Cat6 standard, class E, with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology, making it suitable for transmitting data in Gigabit Ethernet networks. The S/FTP (S-STP) shielding protects the signal from external interference, while the 27 AWG gauge of the cable maintains the necessary flexibility over short runs. Both ends feature male RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, which favour stable transmission and reduce wear from repeated connections. The protective sleeve on the connectors prevents the retaining clips from being damaged when inserting or removing them. With the 3 m cable you can connect nearby equipment to each other, such as a computer and a switch or an access point and the router, without accumulating surplus metres.
