The Hewlett Packard Enterprise Aruba AP-515 (RW) is a white WLAN access point, measuring 200 x 46 x 200 mm and weighing 810 g. It offers a maximum data transfer rate of 5375 Mbit/s, split between 575 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band and 4800 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band, and operates with the IEEE 802.11ax standard alongside the earlier 802.11a, b, g, n and ac. It incorporates MIMO and supports 16-QAM, 64-QAM, 256-QAM, 1024-QAM, BPSK, CCK and QPSK modulations, with DSSS and OFDM spread spectrum methods. It has two RJ-45 Ethernet LAN ports with speeds of 100, 1000 and 2500 Mbit/s and Auto MDI/MDI-X function, plus a USB 2.0 Type-A port. Power can be supplied via Power over Ethernet (PoE) or through the DC input socket, with a power consumption of 16 W. As for security, it supports the WMM, WPA and WPA2 algorithms.
