Description
The Ewent EW-6SF-100 networking cable is a grey patch lead 10 m in length, designed to link equipment with male RJ-45 connectors at both ends. As it is a standard Cat6 cable with S/FTP (S-STP) shielding, it is prepared to support a data transfer speed of 1000 Mbit/s. The conductor is copper and the cable gauge is 27/7, while the jacket covering it is polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The connector contacts are gold-plated, a detail that helps to maintain a stable signal on each connection. It also features a protective sleeve for the connector that helps to preserve the cable's junction point. Thanks to its Plug and Play function, it is enough to plug it in to start working without additional configurations. It is a practical option for organising home or office network installations where wide distances need to be covered.
