Description
The D-Link DES-1005P switch is an unmanaged black network switch that offers five RJ-45 Ethernet ports to connect devices in local area networks. It incorporates Power over Ethernet in accordance with IEEE 802.3af, so it can power compatible devices through the network cable itself. It works with 100BASE-TX and 10BASE-T copper cabling technology, with supported transfer rates of 10/100 Mbit/s and a switching capacity of 1 Gbit/s. It supports auto MDI/MDI-X, full duplex operation and flow control, as well as storing and forwarding frames with a MAC address table of 2000 entries. Its LED indicators show the link and PoE power status. It complies with the IEEE 802.1p, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u and IEEE 802.3x standards. With dimensions of 140 x 28 x 85 mm, it integrates easily into home or small office installations.
